- 3:30 PM:Attend a briefing session covering safety measures, kayaking techniques, and the evening’s itinerary. Receive your kayak and safety gear.
Evening: Kayaking on Lake Kivu
- 4:00 PM:Start paddling on the calm waters of Lake Kivu. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding landscapes.
- 5:30 PM:Explore the shoreline, paddle to nearby islands (if included in the tour), and take in the sunset views over the lake.
Sunset Experience
- 6:30 PM:Find a scenic spot on the lake to witness the stunning sunset. Capture photos and enjoy the peaceful ambiance as the sky changes colors.
Late Evening: Return and Wrap-Up
- 7:30 PM:Begin paddling back to the kayaking center, enjoying the last moments on the lake during twilight.
- 8:00 PM:Arrive back at the kayaking center. Return the kayaks and safety gear.
- 8:30 PM:Wrap up the adventure with a brief feedback session and farewell.
